How it works
Which assistants work with Fizen MCP?
Any assistant that supports the Model Context Protocol, including Claude and ChatGPT. The current list with instructions is in the documentation [link to instructions].
What data does the assistant see?
Balances and transactions on the accounts you selected when connecting your bank, plus summaries of spending and income. The assistant has no access to any other accounts.
Can the assistant make a transfer from my account?
No. Fizen gives the assistant read-only access: balances and transactions on the accounts you selected. You send money as before, in your own bank.
Can Fizen or the assistant see my banking password?
No. You log in directly on your bank's website, and Fizen only receives the data access you agreed to.
Is Fizen regulated?
Yes. Fizen Sp. z o.o. is an account information service provider (AISP) supervised by the KNF, register no. AISP13/2022. MCP and the API are two interfaces to the same regulated service.
Consent and data
Will my data be used to train models?
Fizen does not train models on your data and does not sell it. How the AI assistant processes data is governed by its provider's policy, so check the privacy settings of the assistant you use.
What happens after 180 days?
Consent expires and we remind you by email. You renew it with a single confirmation in your bank.
How do I revoke access?
With one click in the consent dashboard on the Fizen website. You can also remove the Fizen server from your assistant's settings or revoke consent in your bank.
Prices
How much does Fizen MCP cost?
The Personal plan is free: one bank, all your accounts in it (up to 10) and one AI assistant. Personal Plus costs PLN 19.99 a month including VAT, or PLN 199.90 a year, with unlimited banks (fair use). Business plans start at PLN 79 net a month and developer plans at PLN 249 net.
What is an active account?
An account that had a valid consent in a given calendar month. You do not pay for accounts without a valid consent.
Do prices include VAT?
Prices are net; VAT is added at the applicable rate. The exception is the Personal and Personal Plus plans for individuals, which we show including VAT.
How is the Business plan different from the Developer plans?
Business and Business Pro are for one company's own accounts. Developer plans are for apps whose users connect their banks through Fizen Connect.
Can an individual get API access?
No. Personal and Personal Plus work only through MCP, with an AI assistant. The API is for businesses and developers.
How does a yearly plan work?
You pay upfront for 12 months at the price of 10. An individual can withdraw from the contract within 14 days.
